THE BACKSTORY
Lavazza is Italy’s favorite coffee, but here in America, hardly anyone knows it exists. To broaden its appeal, we used social media to target two distinct audiences — foodies and older Millennials. With a content mix that carefully balanced coffee-focused content with experimental, fun concepts, Lavazza slowly began to make inroads in America.
